Our facilities are from Sweden, Tanwai, eg, the Charmilles Wire-cut Machine, Charmilles EDM, various measurement devices. We use the CAD/CAE/CAM ect. systems, UG, Pro/E, Solidworks ect.software to design, analyze, make, and process the mold. We are specialized in making plastic mold for car part, mini-type household electrical appliance, zinc-aluminum alloy die-casting mold. For example, we have made molds for many famous companies, such as SONY, TAFAL, TOSHIBA, HITACHI, MAZDA, HB, SUN-BEM, PHILIP, etc. We have got the ISO90012000 certificate.
